Billy D. Boyce
A Korean Veteran who has a multitude of experience in the construction industry. In 1968 Bill envisioned a company that could provide quality workmanship with dedication and experience. Although Mr. Boyce is semi-retired he still has an active role in the overall operation and success of the company.

Billy V. Boyce - President
Started with the company in 1971 and moved into an ownership position in 1982. Mr. Boyce is involved with the daily management of the corporate business and oversees the concrete and earthwork construction projects.

Matthew Hawkins - VP/Project Manager- Concrete Division

Graduated from Columbia College with a B.S. in Business Management. Mr. Hawkins has joined the company with experience in concrete and building of bridges. He is involved with bidding, negotiations for Federal, State, Municipal and private clients' projects.

Daniel Boyce - VP/Project Manager- Milling Division/EEO Officer

A full time employee since 1998, Daniel has worked his way up from laborer to his current position as a Project Manager for the cold milling division. Daniel is the primary contact for quotes, scheduling, and project coordination for cold milling and asphalt recycling.

Jeff Bradshaw - Trucking/Equipment Coordinator & Safety Officer

A dedicated employee who started on the milling crew in Aug 1990. In Feb of 1995, Jeff was promoted to the Trucking/Equipment Coordinator. Jeff is also our safety officer & should be contacted for information on trucking and safety.

Mayra Long - C.P.A - Controller

Graduated with a BS in Accounting from Lincoln University. Started with the company in 2005 and brings several years of extensive experience and knowledge in public accounting. Ms. Long oversees all aspects of accounting for the office, works closely with insurance company's providers to keep the company's bonding capabilities at a desired level.
